VIDA Hot Yoga offers Hot Yoga, Barre, and Pilates classes in Kingsport, Tennessee. Our custom-built facility has infrared radiant heat, men’s and women’s changing rooms with showers, and an onsite yoga fashion & accessories boutique.
Our classes are appropriate for all levels. Beginner, intermediate, and advanced students are welcome to all classes!

2019 VIDA 200-HOUR RYT TEACHER TRAINING
The VIDA Hot Yoga 200-Hour Teacher Training will take a deep dive into the practice of yoga, how to share it with others in a meaningful way and your understanding of yourself and how you show up in the world.
You will learn how to teach power yoga classes that are based on intuitive sequencing, alignment and breath while encouraging freedom, strength and fun on the mat. In addition to the power yoga format you will also learn an alignment focused, slow, meditative format.
At the end of the training, you will be able to register with Yoga Alliance and receive your designation as a 200-HR RYT!

We started small, but my goals just organically got larger. This practice just sucks you in like that. My first goal was just to adjust to the heat. Then only step outside twice a class. Only step outside once a class. Only go down to my mat and rest three times. Two times. Maybe once. Two months ago, I couldn’t lower myself down from a plank ON. MY. KNEES. Today I can get through an entire class and keep up. I feel strong. I’m a better Mom. I’m a better wife (my husband now says he’ll pay that monthly membership all day long). I’ve dropped two jeans sizes. You guys, I have arm muscles popping up!
So do yourself a favor and walk in the front door. You will be welcomed by a staff that wants to see you succeed with your own goals. They’ll probably even have wine. And sometimes a really cute little dog named Gerty that I desperately want to dognap. Take the modifications they give you. When the front row starts doing inversions and standing on their heads, use it as motivation and guidance, do not be intimidated! And if you still are, join me in the back.
