Our Mission

Having personally experienced the benefits of hot yoga, Ashley and Nate sought to bring a hot yoga and boutique fitness studio to Northeast Tennessee, in an effort to provide the ultimate yoga and fitness experience.

As owners and founding partners of a successful anesthesia management company, Ashley and Nate applied their experience in business and love for health and fitness to making VIDA Hot Yoga a reality.

Their goal is to provide everyone who walks into VIDA with a fitness experience that is challenging, but approachable, in an environment that celebrates each individual for showing up and striving to improve their health and fitness.

Aubryn Hudson Street

Director of Operations

Aubryn’s interest in yoga began in 2016. When she started practicing at VIDA Hot Yoga in 2017, her interest in yoga quickly turned into a passion for yoga. Aubryn immediately felt a sense of community at VIDA that she valued and wanted to be a part of. Aubryn joined the Work Exchange program at VIDA in September 2017 and felt that the role gave her the opportunity to strengthen her yoga practice while also allowing her to see the positive impact of VIDA on Downtown Kingsport and surrounding communities.

As a teacher for Kingsport City Schools and a resident of Kingsport, Aubryn values helping VIDA grow as a locally-owned and operated business in her hometown.

In May of 2018, Aubryn transitioned into the role of VIDA’s Director of Operations. Aubryn’s management style and intuitive mind combined with her passion for yoga made her the perfect candidate for a leadership role at VIDA. Aubryn has a bachelor’s degree from East Tennessee State University and a master’s degree in education from Milligan College. Aubryn is currently enrolled in VIDA’s 200 Hour Teacher Training Program.
