VIDA HOT POWER YOGA

95 degrees | Beginners – Advanced

Heavily influenced by Ashtanga Yoga, VIDA’s Signature Hot Power Yoga, is a high intensity class fusing the meditative movements of vinyasa yoga with strength, balance, and alignment. Expect progressive sequences, options for arm balances and inversions, and LOUD music in a motivating and upbeat environment. Class is intense but beginners are welcome as modifications are given for all levels.

VIDA HOT SLOW POWER FLOW

95 degrees | Beginners – Advanced

Hot Slow Power Flow, heavily influenced by Ashtanga Yoga, incorporates power postures at a slower pace than VIDA’s signature Hot Power class. As you flow through progressive sequences at a steady pace you gain strength and flexibility while focusing on alignment. 2-3 dynamic flow sequences are separated by defined segments for core work, balance, and deep stretching. Expect loud music in a motivation and upbeat environment.

VIDA RESTORE & DEEP STRETCH

95 degrees | Beginners – Advanced

Derived from the practice of Yin Yoga, Restore and Deep Stretch combines radiant infrared heat with deep stretching to promote a state of relaxation and improved flexibility.

VIDA HOT CORE & DEEP STRETCH

95 degrees | Beginners – Advanced

30 minutes of core work focusing on anterior and posterior core muscles. Emphasis will be on strengthening abdominal and low-back muscles as well as core synergists including hip flexors, anterior and posterior hip and gluteal muscles. Core work will be followed by 20 minutes of Restore and Deep Stretch.

VIDA HOT BARRE

90 degrees | Beginners – Advanced

With foundations in ballet, pilates and yoga the instructor will motivate the participant through a series of core conditioning and isometric movements to lift the seat, tone the arms and sculpt the abdominals and legs.

VIDA ALIGN & FLOW

Non-heated & warm (85-88 degrees) | Beginners – Advanced

A warm yoga practice based on precise postural alignment and vinyasa flow woven into a sequence with uijayi breathing and mindful movements. The posture sequences allow space for participants to align, strengthen and thrive on and off the mat.
