BARRE
VIDA Barre classes are 50-minute, non-heated classes in the beautiful new Studio V. Studio V features unique accent lighting, ample studio space and over 60 feet of floor-mounted barres! VIDA Barre instructors are trained in the BarreAmped method. The method is influenced by classical and modern dance (though it is not a dance class) and utilizes a barre to achieve optimal positioning.
Incorporating elements of pilates, yoga and stretching, the precision-oriented technique also focuses on small, isolated movements with isometric holds and challenging postures. It is a total-body workout and proven to increase metabolism, burn fat, and lengthen tight muscles. With commitment to the technique, you get recognizable results exactly where you want them!
