New Students – How To Get Started
Choose Your First Class
If you are new to yoga or new to hot yoga we recommend starting off with Yin, Yoga For Healthy Backs, Level 1 Power Yoga or VIDA Flow and Yin. These classes are perfect for all levels. Please feel welcome as a beginner in VIDA barre and pilates classes as VIDA instructors are skilled at giving modifications appropriate for beginners. If you have difficulty signing-in online, come to the studio about 20 minutes early and we’ll assist you at the front desk. You may pay for a single visit, purchase a package, sign-up for monthly memberships, or if you are new to VIDA Hot Yoga, you can get our introductory deal
What To Do Once You Get To The Studio And What To Bring
The first time you come to the studio you may stop by the reception desk to make sure you are signed-up correctly in the system. Please come with an empty stomach (it is recommended to not eat within 2 hours of hot yoga classes) and bring a full water bottle, yoga mat and towel. If you don’t have or forgot a yoga mat and or towel, you may purchase or rent one at the reception desk. There are cubbies outside the studio to place your shoes and belongings. No shoes are allowed in the hot room. If you want to shower at VIDA after class there are showers available in both women’s and men’s changing rooms. If you forget a towel, you may rent one for $2 at the reception desk.
